In a full soceity compound, (car park,) can the secretary and chairman or the AGM body stop the rental/tenent member from parking his/ her car/ vechcle in the compound?

What is the status, is it rented accomodation or on outright sale. Check the sale deed or the rent agreement for the inclusion of parking space. What is the status of the other Society members for their parking space.
