Dear sir/ Madam,
at the time of booking my flat i booked my car park where builder asked me to pay later before full passession....
but contrary after hearing lot of related information regarding the dispute takes place between builder or developer and society i postponed the decision untill now....
could you assist me with the follwing information pls. regarding the society or related laws as
1. is builder can sell the parking space? if yes then under what agreement and preparation by law he made before commencing the construction?
2. is society can sell that ? if yes then how would be the legal procedure the society should adopt by law...?
