Partition after ULC clearance

Hello Sir,
Iam Rajesh, from Hyd have a query pls guide me on it, the query is that
the land is an ancestral property owned by my father, we are 3 sons to him, the property partition is not done. the land is effected under ULC as declared by my father to authorities, so upon payment by third party on behalf of us, as we were short of money, the clearance was issued on my mothers name as LR to my father, and part land on my 2 brothers, and my name was not included as iam a minor, now my brothers are denying the land from being partitioned as the part land is reguralized on their name and telling that they are sole owners, and only land on mother should be partitioned, and they also have right in the share.

So my query is that, the land cleared on my brothers name from ULC is entitled to be partitioned between 3 of us or not.

Thank you for the advice in advance.

You should provide the Death Certificate of your parents first. ULC is a complex propaganda to understand. It'll be better for you to get an appointment with any lawyer for private discussion on this.
