I am really in need of help here,
My father died three years ago. My father was the eldest one. My uncles have taken all the property of my father. As he made no will before he died. My mother is alive. Recently they sold one of the property and my father share also (illegally got its registration also). My advocate is taking thousands of rupees till date and has done nothing.
Please guide me.
