A person who retired in 2003 having present pension of Rs 14608/-. Now what grade would be applicable to him. The minimum level of pay scale revised in the 6th Pay commission 15600-39000 Whether he would be entitled to get the minimum of the grade i.e. 15600. This is not clear from the Pay Matrix

No he is not entitled to 15.6k He will get pension as per PPO.
