Dear Friends,
I was working with a bank - nationalised bank.
Now i am in my own business, i left bank before six months.
They have raised a recovery of some money against the notice period not served, whereas i was told my superior verbally that i dont require to service notice period
after three months i applied for withdrawl of PF , but the bank official says that i have to pay recovery amt first else they will not give me my PF back.
Kindly throw light on the rules to save my self from this problem
