My house has common wall shared between me & neighbour which is almost 2 feet. It is mentioned that we have common wall in between house in City survey office also. My building is contructed on load bearing structure past 30 years back.
Recently my neighbour has demolished his building & started new house construction.
I am staying in pune almost 250 km from my house for job, my family told my neighbour is breaking common wall and telling he is breaking wall in his own area. He is breaking 1 feet of the wall without my permission orally or written, even he is threatening my family member to do whatever they want he is going to break wall which comes within his area limit.
Because of this my building is having crack to plater of paris and to the wall. Due to my family members pressure he has not touched wall but his intention is to do so today or tomorrow.
Kindly tell me what I need to do ?
