Sir,
On 2020 october in an industrial fatal accident my name was filed in an FIR charge sheet on section 304A and 287.now also case is going on. Right now it's in plea stage and managed by company legal team. Will this be an issue for government job appointment. Right now I got selected for a central government job. So after medical I think police verifivation will be there.
What will happen with respect to this case?
Will I get rejected or is there anything I could do.
Pls help me.

Nothing you can do.. You may at the most try qushing of FIR by High Court.

SInce the nature of crime is accendental and not intentional, it may or it may not effect your job carrier depending upon the nature of job you will be appointed for.
