POA executed by NRI should be attested by the Indian cousulate General of that country, thereafter the document has to be stamped in the respective state/city of the Attorney in India

Get the PoA typed in a plaint sheet
The person executing the PoA will sign in the presence of a notary who countersigns it. Every page of the PoA needs to be signed.
The PoA then needs to be sent to India
The PoA needs to be taken to the stamp office in India by the person in whose favour the PoA is executed. It will be stamped for a denomination of Rs.100.
Finally, the person accepting the PoA will sign in the presence of the notary who attests the signature.
