hi
i have paid amount at the time of agreement and its over 3 years now the seller sale the land before 20 days to others now i am asking to pay my amount back but they dont want to pay amount back.......
i have the agreement papers with me.
so, how can i approach in this case to collect my money back from them.
please help me to collect my money back

have you made full and final payment or part payment? what date was fixed for final payment and registration of sale deed? limitation for filing of a for enforcement of your rights is 3 years.
