sir my wife and three sisters having a property (room) in their mothers name but now their mother, father and brother all expired . her elder sister unknowingly made the room on her name . this property is under redevelopment . without consulting any of the sisters she has changed the name .

1. whether she can occupy the property after the redevelopment
2. whether they can sell the property after redevelopment
3. whether all the sisters have equal rights to occup the property (room)
4. if the elder sister occupies the room what the other sisters have to do
