Property dispute

Dear Sir,

I required ur urgent help in following matter thank u in advance.

My uncle is habitual drunker. He has 2.25 acre land (ancentral property owned by my Grandfather and now transfer to the uncle after his death) situated in Maharashtra. He made a agreement on a non registered 100/- stamp to sell it. I want him not to sell the same as his minor sons and cousin's future will be in trouble. what can i do legally to stop the sell of the said land on behalf of my minor cousin? as the said property is not owned by my uncle from his own income but he got it as a heir my grandfather who was the original owner of the said land?

Dear Vaidya

If Its ancestoral Property your cannot sell it arbitarily

Whose name is there on property card?

Even if he sells the property u will have a right to share in the proceeds

Write a Letter/notice to your uncle and also the ur talati alongwith affidavit and some proof suggesting that u r the grand son that property is ancestoral in nature therefore u can raise objection

If these dont suffice then u can approach the court and the stay order against ur uncle

Regards

Abhijeet
