We have two house one in name of my father and one in name of my mother.We are three sisters and two brothers.Last year after demise of my father , my brother and one of my sister demanded their share in property.We are from Hindu family.My father , jointly with my mother had made a registered WILL to give all their movable and immovable property to me and no one else .Mother stays with me currently.Brother has captured my father house hence my mother have filed a civil suit against him.If any one can please suggest Can I register father property in my name since he is no more and mother is willing that father property should be in my name.What is the validity of WILL .Also to note brother had also filed a case in court to get his property share . Can I register the fathers property in my name if my mother agrees even if brother has filed a case in court.I am not sure if my siblings are aware of the registered WILL.
