Property question, please help

My grandfather had purchased land on which my father had constucted a house with 3 floors. My grand father died 5 yrs ago and my father died 4 yrs ago. My father has 2 brothers and both of them do not want any share in the property. My father has 2 sons including me. How can my mother give 2 floors to me and 1 floor to my brother in a way that we pay least money to govt for the legal procedure. Also my mother wants to make sure that no dispute arises between me and my brother in future after my mother's death. My brother is an alcoholic and can create legal problems to get the property in future.

if ur grand father purchase the land and ur father brothers can not claim on that property .

first of all u right down a affidavit of noc of ur both uncle.

then make a legal hire certificate

after that the whole property is divided into ur brother and u and ur mother .

there are three flats one is ur mother second is ur third is ur brother

now the flat of ur mother want to give u easly .
