Property registered by neighbour

My father was posted away from home from 1983. He has been transfered back by 2005. During his absence there was his elder sister(my aunt) and her daughter. About 10 years back our neighbour had bought land adjoining ours. They registered their new property. During the registration, they saw some unregistered portion on our side. They saw our papers from my aunt somehow. They reregistered this portion (this was their 2nd time registration), which was originally considered to be ours. Father didn't know anything about this.

What they have newly acquired is about half of our original property. And they have asked us not to do any activity in that area. They have build kaccha toilet for rent purpose in front of our house which is very unhygenic and unbearable.

Now father is dissapointed. Can anybody suggest what can be done? Do we have any right to file a case even though they have registered this land in the SECONDth time without giving any legal notice.

Please help.

first try to get the whole record of the said land so that the facts should came to light how the land is mutated in their names from yours and by what orders , and no one can make nuisance even on his land which will make suffer to the others, so you can file suit for the distruction of that toilet too and sure you will get the relief.
