we have a property which was bought by my father 15 yrs back in government scheme we can only use it cannot sell it it was bought in my mother's name jointly when i was 18 my father told it belongs to me after marriage even my mother said same to my husband but after marriage she is refusing to give to me also my father passed away before my marriage im the only daughter my mother along with her sister family are trying to use that property how can i get that back at present my mother is not residing in that property she lives in her house given by her mother ,i need legal assistance
