Hi! I am Udayan from Puri. We have an ancestral property in Hoogly district - Kolkata. The property belongs to my grand father and his 4 brothers. All the brothers has expired except elder brother. My mother is the only 1 daughter of my grandfather. Other brothers are having their sons & daughters. Now their sons are going to sell the property. Since my mother is a widow, they are taking the advantage & trying to betray my mother. They are not showing us the original amount in which they made the deal with their promoter. They are telling us to sign in "Sulehmana" & in a "Vakalatnama". In return they will give us a very less amount as token money in mode of a Cheque. By some source we got to know that the deal has been made in a very good amount, as the property measures around 1.64 acres approx.
Please guide me what to, so that i can give my mother's share in her hand in a right way & also the right amount. As we are getting a type of threatning that if we dont sign then they will make the deal by themselves and make my mother as "X-party"
