Property transfer

Note - Second wife dont have any documents of her mariage nor chidrens birth proof ,but have lot of live relatives who can give testamony. this is because she left her house and try to earn herself after her husband death.

After death of first wife of man (A) he married again. He had two sons from his first wife and he had two sons and one daughter from second wife. Man (A) died suddenly after 3 to 4 yrs after marriage. Then his second wife married to another man (B) who gave his name to her both sons except daughter.(Daughter is with her grandfather, mother side),

Step mother sons left half property till both sons are 30 yrs of age but now they refused to give ancestral property. Is it possible to take that property again by their mothers claim

In spite of my best efforts, I am unable to understand the alleged facts or the issue.

What do you mean By "Step mother sons left half property till both sons are 30 yrs of age but now they refused to give ancestral property."?

Please repost in simple language. If need be, try to get ssistance from another person.

Yes.  Your query has no clarity.

The quesrist may throw some light to the facts or background of the subject if he is really serious to know about the legal solution to the problems he may face.

The question is more confusing and appears to be a riddle instead of a legal question because it is very difficult ti understand what he wants to say by this question

It is a repeated query at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/property-transfer-233859.asp which has adequately been obliged.

First wife sons left unattended half property of second wife sons for many years (Say about 30 yrs) but now they are refusing to leave  as they are using it for farming.

Now the question is... Is it possible to claim that property again by second wife for her sons ....besides she dont have no documents proof.

You have once again posted disjointed and opiniated facts that the posting has been reduced to a riddle than a query. Please provide the following information.

Admittedly, the property belonged to the late father. How is that the property is referred  to be ancestral? In other words, how did the late father acqire the property - by purchase or inheritance?

Admittedly,  he had two wives. Was the first wife alive when he married the second wife?

Admittedly, he had expired some time after the second marriage. Was the first wife alive at that time?

What do you mean by "but now they are refusing to leave  as they are using it for farming"? Who are they - the children of the first wife or the second?

All the more, what is the context of this query? Are you raising the issue on behalf of the children of the first wife (to get back the property given to the step-brothers) or the children of the second wife (who do not wish to return the property to the step-brothers)?

Please post simple facts.
