My friend & I are planning to purchase a residential land (around 3200 sqft) and we together are planning to construct a small two story apartment complex (2 houses for each of us) on the total land. Our builder is saying that we have to go with UDS(undivided share) option, as we are going to construct a single buidling and share between to individuals. He says, we can register the land as 4 UDS units (assumming we are going to construct 4 flats) with 2 units for each of us
In this scenario, could you please outline the steps to be performed from purchasing the land till registering it in our names (using UDS option).
