Real court room humers !

I had filed writ petitions for regularisation of 61 daily wagers working in a cental govt's. agricultural project. there was high probability of dismissal of petitions on the ground of alternative remedy being available before CAT. one of the petitioner's name was "Namaste ji" . I put his name at sl no. 1 and hinted the bench secretary to call his name also when  my name is called. the bench secratary called " Dr.V.N.Tripathi" and then "Namaste ji". the cort felt somthing against prtocol . I threw an smile and said "My Lord, petitioner's name is "Namaste ji'". the cjudge smiled and passed a positive direction.
