received notice with out detail

My wife and me have been seperated for the last 3 years and l have received a notice last weekfrom the court. In the notice it was mentioned to attend the court 'In the matter of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955' .

There was no matter for which i have to answer.

Could some please clarify whether notices could be served with out the matter but just asking to attend the court.
Or is this a fake notice.
The notice has a court stamp and signed by the Superintendent.
can i find the matter related to the notice somewhere on the internet.
I have received it from Taluk level court.
Please help

You have received the notice without the petition copy,.  YOu have to appear on the date fixed by the court for your appearance.  After appearance you will get the copy of the petition.  Time will be granted by the court to file an objections to the main petition.
