RECONCILIATION - MS. S. SHINDE

My independent views;

1. Using Art. 142 COI Hon'ble SC will grant her divorce. If there is one article of Constitution which has been the focus of attention within the legal community in recent years, it is Article 142.  

But,

1a. Her husband has really put not only Mrs Shinde a Min. daughter into dock but taken horns with SC as well as Legislature too which is commendable bottom line (period).


Keeping fingers crossed and let us see how Justice is "speedily" delivered only to "rich and mighty connected folks" and non for common class.
