I have booked a flight ticket on 8th Jan, 2012 using my Indian Bank Visa Debit Card. I couldn’t board on the flight. So I have cancelled a ticket on 18th Jan, 2012. And also I got the refund confirmation notification. Still the amount has not been credited to my account.
I called to Customer Care on 20th Jan, 2012 to know the status of the refund process; they replied that, the process will take 8-10 working days. Then frequently I mailed to Customer Care on 2nd Feb, and .. They said, the amount has been credited to my account. But the actual credit has not been happened from their HDFC Payment gateway to my Account.
What is the procedure to file the legal suit?
