Regarding deceased mortgage loanee

we took mortgage loan of Rs. 10,00,000/- and repayment done of Rs. 6,50,000/- then loanee died. So, loan holder's legal heir repay due amount. Bank should waived off interest or give some relief in interest.

It's bank discretion whether they waive interest or not but if you repay remaining due and outstanding amount in one time settlement scheme then definitely bank may give you relaxation in interest.
