Regarding inconsistent father’s middle name in my documents

I am B. Tech first year engineering student. 

my father’s middle name is not consistent within all my documents.   

CBSE X, XII documents has father's middle name missing. 

 ·        To avoid, any legal property inheritance related issue, can I get my father’s middle name added in my Aadhar and PAN card. as all property documents owned by my father has his middle name

Queries

·        If I do not include, “My father’s middle name in my Aadhar and PAN will this cause any problem in property inheritance

·        If I happen to travel abroad for education or job, will this cause any problem in visa approval and other important documentation work as CBSE document are not having father's middle name. 

·        should I include my father middle name in graduation degree certificate or not ?

Please can you advise.
