My name is yashu naidu , i want some help regardind the documents for passport for my mother ...She is 52 yrs old .. FOR PROOF OF BIRTH- 1) she dont have birth certificate nor she have any trasfer certificatre ,does 10th class marksheet will be sufficient for proof of birth , thats the only she have with her birth date printed on it.
2) REGARDING NAME--my parents got married in 1989.. my mom dont have marriage certificate....but she have all documents with my father surname
BEFORE MARRIAGE -S.ANURADHA
AFTER MARRIAGE- ANURADHA NAIDU
she have adhar card , pan card ,voter id card having my father surname as ANURADHA NAIDU except 10th class as well as her degree marksheet . IN 10 th class and degree she had her maiden name in it as S. ANURADHA ..will my mother have to submit any affidavit or marriage certificate regarding this ...
