A female government employee with the state government is critically sick.She is married ,her husband is also a government employee.She lives saperately from husband for almost ten years following marital dispute and 498A case and her husband never took any financial responsibility of wife or their minor daughter.That women wanted mutual divorce once but her husband didn't agree to file and they remained in such dysfunctional marriage.
Now,can the woman take any step such that if she dies,pension will go solely to her daughter instead of husband as husband will never take any care of daughter?
