I am researching for a case of Municipal Corporation of Gr. Mumbai (MCGM) Employees Service Matter who has been denied Arrears of Pay Revision as he was Adhoc employee & need guidance of forum experts.
Does Equal Work Equal Principle apply for MCGM employees. Any precedents or case laws??
Also need to know if "Regular Pay Scale" is defined in relevant literature?
Does a payment term defining the pay scale applicable as .."12000-300-15600- .." mean the employee is in regular pay scale.
