Related to arms act

I m having a talvaar which is off 24 and half inch with 5 and half inch wooden holder and 2 sticks which is off 28 and half inch and 29 inch respectively. do i need to register this both stick and talvaar ? if yes infront of which authority do i need to present this before?

According to INDIAN ARMS ACT 1959 Pepper spray is legal and any knife\weapon with blade larger than 5 inch (excluding the handle) is considered sword and is illegal. There are some exemption fot sikh community regarding the sword.
