Rent control execution

because of mutual written compromise with Tenant, Rent Tribunal  Bhilwara in dec 2013 decreed for shop eviction in December 2020. Now tenant has died recently. Now son / any other relative of tenant do not qualify to inherit tenancy as per Rajasthan Rent Control Act 2001. Son of the tenant has intruded and not leaving possesion of the shop. What is the remedy? How to get the decree executed?. If the decree has matured because of the death of tenant ( because Act is not giving shelter to son of tenant to inherit the tenancy. Can court ask intruder son to remain in occupation of shop till year 2020

Submit all the facts regarding the death of the tenant before the rent control tribunal and request to pass order for execution in your favour with immediate effect .
