Dear Sir,

Is there is any intimation require for excise valuation under rule 4A to local Excise office.

Also confirm is this need to follow for every change in MRP price.

Though there is no need to inform about your.following valuation under sec 4A ( MRP valuation)'

there is nothing wrong in giving a simple letter as an abundant caution in order to avoid any future conse quences

whenever there. Is a change in MRP, you have to pay duty on the revised MRP minus the prescribed a batement
