Ours is a legally constituted Society.
Some members have 2/3 cars , requests made to them to relocate their cars have not worked.
So the MC decided to charge parking charges for the 2nd car at Rs 3000 and the third car Rs 5000 per month
The idea of the society was not to earn , but to reduce the no of cars , so that the parking space is available to the bonafide members.
Leave and Licensee have been treated as 2nd car holders and are required to pay Rs 3000 per month, which is being opposed by some members who have given their flat on leave and license.
Can any of the experts throw some light on this issue and if possible provide a viable solution. (Incidently the moment we levied the charge of Rs 5000 on the third car, the third cars got relocated. )But there are others who are opposing the charge.
