Rights of Welfare Society Member

Dear All, I would like to know is it legal or illegal to ask for below listed documents from a president of welfare society. Documents are:- 1) Certificate of Registration issued by charity commissioner. 2) Name of members in managing committee. 3) Minutes book of the society.
