Rights over agriculture land

sir iam agriment holder i have original deed due to the cirucumstances the property is not registerd iam possesion of the land more then 20years  plese advise my rights over the property shall apply the adverse possesion of the property or tenency act plese advise

If you have possessory rights i.e. paying local / state taxes /revenue on the land in your name and revenue record for past 20 years speaks about this fact...... yes.. ..... you have the right unless claimed by some other person... you may have problem in disposal / sale as purchaser may ask for the deed...

If u r owner on revenue records and all tax pay by u then u can absolute owner of the land.

Dear Harish,

You can go for adverse possession  and declaration , only if the persons who executed the sale agreement challenge you.
