Dear Sir,
My relatives had asked the details of his wife such as salary,pf no,code of establishment where she is employeed but the CAPIO has replied that provide him the corresponding details of the wife to take her consent for supplying her information to her husbabd.
IT IS A FACT THAT NOBODY WILL GIVE HIS/HER CONSENT TO PROVIDE HIS/HER DETAILS.
Moreover There is no clause in the RTI that before passing the information a consent should be obtained form the person whose information is sought by the RTI ACTIVIST.
Kindly guide how to procedd further.
