Dear Sir,
I am 75% Handicapped person lived in Delhi and I have joint MGI Infra Pvt Ltd in December 26, 2016 as an Executive Estimation. My Salary was 27000/- in the company mention on Appointment letter given by the company.
After only 09 month i.e. 30, September 2017 company terminate my services without any prior written notice.
When they terminate me my 2 months Salary was pending in the company. Mr. Arvind Rana (9818414020) gave me only one month (Rs. 27000/-) pending salary. They are not paying my salary even after aprrox 6 months going.
you are requested to kindly help me to collect my pending salary from the company.
