Sale Chain Document Missing

If an original document in the chain of documents is missing or lost what we should do for makind a sale deed?

Issue a public notice is good but what about their effects? Filing FIR Good ?(about the missing document

 )

Does public notice valid? I mean to say if  opposite  party  after 15 days knows the fact about the sale deed or property transaction what the real owner should do?What the contracting party should do?

If the document missing is a registered one, its easy to get a certified copy from the office, where it is registered. Then it can be treated as original document, and one can link past and present with the help of it.

Yes, Mr.Bhawani is right, U take a certified copy of the all Registered documents and u give a public notice in News paper. U make declaration and sign the Vendor in declaration and notirized the declaration.
