I have purchased one 534 sq. ft flat from builder in the year 2010.The agreement to sale was registred in Jan 2010 and sale deed of the said flat was also completed in 2013. Builder has handed over the possetion to me.We formed a society in 2013.The land is non agriculture property . The building plan was not approved by town planning authority since the plan was approved in 2009 and grampanchayat authority was empowered to approve the same at that point of time.
Now i want to sale the flat however i am unbale to sale since there are restrictions on seliing of flat if plan is not approved by TP authority.Please suggest me a soulution for this problem bcz builder is also not responding.
