Siblings rights on maternal property where mother and nana are deceased

My Nana was a businessman and had seven children, one of whom was my mother. My mother passed away in 2012, followed by Nana in 2021 and then my Nani in 2022. Nana passed away without a will, and while Nani may have created a will, she was not of sound mind during her final years.

We are three siblings, and our uncles do not respond properly whenever we inquire about the property and estate. When we ask our aunts about it, they say it's a matter for us siblings to sort out and that we don’t need their involvement. Since our mother is no longer with us, no aunt or uncle has informed us about our rights regarding my Nana's property.

Please guide me on what actions I can take. Moreover uncle can or may be has submitted fake documents, or affidivait for this process.

Your nana died intestate, the property of your nana will devolve on his wife and children equally. Your nani not in a sound mind executed a will is not valid.  So for your mother's share, you and your siblings and your father have equal rights over it.

File a partition suit for your mother's share.
