Hello Expert,
I have bought a Society Flat 2 years back and now selling it to another person.
At the time of taking the share certificate from the society, the socity Admin(the only person to be contacted, and is a BIG person) has been telling me that my certificates are not in the file thats in the society office and that he can't do anything if they are not there.
Pls advise me what to do. Is it still possible to sell my flat without the share certificate as its a freehold property?
