The Meal Pass is valid for one calendar year, i.e., till 31st December of the year. However, Meal Pass issued after 1st July of any year will have validity of the next calendar year.
You have not mentioned when the passes were given so validity depends on that however if it is before July then you cannot revalidate since Sodex does not have the system of revalidation.
