Split Apartment Association Tamil Nadu

We are planning to apartment assn, as an independent association. Suppose the developer has constructed A wing (190 flats), B wing (50 flats), C wing (60 flats), D wing ( 70 flats). Now some a small group happy assnhave already registered an association with mentioning all flats, but are yet to conduct a membership drive, maintenance amount collection or even hold a AGM. We wish to register an independent assn named XYZ with some relaxed byelaws for Awing and B wing alone with different membership rs and different maintenance amount ? Is this possible ? Will it create problems when the developer hands over the shared amenities and services to 2 different associations ? We can plan to propose to the developer to divide asset ,UDS in a overall square foot ratio. We come under saidapet, Chennai registration office

You can consult to The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, heads the Cooperative Department and plays a pivotal role in monitoring the functioning of Cooperative Societies registered under the Act.  also appoints other persons to assist the Registrar and has designated them as Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar and other field/ministerial staff. The Office of the Registrar is working on eight-section pattern and has eight Sections headed by Assistant Registrar level Officers. Each section handles the matters of various cooperative societies on the basis of their registered office located in that particular section.
