Survey number incorrectly mentioned in document

We bought a land four years ago. After registration we came to know that Survey number of the land was incorrectly mentioned which belongs to the adjacent plot.

What is the solution for this? Now that the opponent party came to know about this, i am afraid that i may lose my property. Please suggest.

Make correction deed and get it signed from the parties and submit at sub-registrar office.

Thanks sir. My opponent parties are not willing to sign the correction deed actually. Is there any way to file a case against them? Because it is clearly mentioned in the agreement that if there is any mistake in the agreement, they will help in rectifying it. Please throw some more light on this sir.
