Hi, i am from Karnataka, as per tenance law(1972-73) a land has been granted to my father. The orignal ownar of the land goes into court and in 1987 as per final judgment the land has been granted to us and the court had asked us to pay the PATTA for the land. we had paid the PATTA also. In 1994 we fot the Form 10 certificate saying that my father is the owner of the land and the land should not be transfered for the next 15 years.
Now my father is demised in 2008.
in 2011 the original owner(before tenance act) of the land filled as case against us saying that he needs the land retun back. even the land RTC has my father name(our family member name) on the property.
please advise,
How one can file the case saying that they wanted the land back whihc we got from govrnement after paying the PATTA.
