hallo i am from pune our society filling site in small cause court against tenant for nonpayment of rent and subtenancy and change of uses of shop after issuing legal notice tenant not replay so we file suit in court and for nonpayment we apply under15a for rent demand in that tenant adv.give statement he deposite rent till 2018 by cheque deposite in ownner bank ac before filling suit and actully he deposite it without owner consent because society bank passbook does not reflect his name so we thought it may be member cheque clerance but when he show his bank statement it refelect society name so when we come to known he deposite cheque by cheatiing he got society bank ac number from third person and deposite cheque in society bank ac with cheque deposite slip by third person (no society person sign or not his sign) so we do police complaint for that cheque deposite for forge deposite but police not doing FRI for that complaint ,so we request bank to reverse cheque entry but bank say we can not do this do society not deposited that cheque .court has allow our 15a order saying that cheque deposite does not reflect that it is for rent perpose amount and there is no owner consent so pay rent in court in 14 days .and tenant not obey court order .
so how to get rid of cheque deposite by cheatting without owner permission inhis bank account no bank helping no police help how can reverse that deposite cheque entery.
