It is the interest and welfare of the child that dominates such proceedings. No doubt, the lap of the Mother can not be replaced by anything for the child in the world, but simply because the child needs the care of the mother at such a tender age should not blind the judge to pass order against the Mother if she is not in a position to render motherly care to the child.
