Land Area-1 acres
No of flats- 32
Flat Owners-25
AB build the 32 units of flat and sold 25 units of flat to xyz and kept remaining seven numbers of flats with itself.
My query is how the landowner will get the ownership/title of remaining 7 units of flat.
He can’t registered again in his name second time as the land was already registered in his name.
What documents proof of 7 flats landowner will have with him if he required loan from banks/mortgage property because the banks needs title deed but in this case the landowner will not have title deed because he can’t get the flat registered in his name again .
Please clarify the above question
