Dear sir,
1. We are in the process of adopting a girl child and we will be given custody child under foster care after filing of the adoption petition in the civil court.
2. We want to travel with the baby by air but we dont have the birth certificate as the same will be made after two months after the court order and adoption deed.
3. Will a letter of the Adoption agency that the child has handed over to us under foster care suffice as documemts required for travel by air.
4. please help.
