Under what section can our evidence be accepted after chargesheet

If the chargesheet was manipulated and do not reveal the offences committed by the accused properly, then nothing prevented you from filing a petition  under section 173(8) seeking further investigation or re investigation.

You remained silent all the while and are raising this query at this stage.

Besides you cannot let in evidence at any time you want to, before the court.\

There is procedure to be followed.\

You will be examined by court in chief at the beginning of trial as prosecution witness, you can let the court know about the evidence you rely upon which were not included by the investigation officer in his charge sheet.

If you are not satisfied with investigation of the police you (thorugh your lawyer) may file a protest petition., if the court has accepted charge-sheet.

Additional charge(s) can be pressed u/s 216 CrPC.

Thank You so much, yes you are right I guess that is why I wanted more opinions from experts, as the accussed  are gangsters, the system/authorities associated with the accused, investiagtion and others... are all hands in glove, there is no faith on anyone... it was brought forward to Judge notice.
