Undertaking

Company 'A' is executing an undertaking in favor of company 'B'. Undertaking is in the form of a letter. Only company 'A' has signatures on it; Company 'B' has no signatures on it.

Stamp paper should be in company A's name or even if it is in company B's name, it will do ?
